1  Happy Sheep and Sun Pouches in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by shh on: June 26, 2006 01:35:48 PM
This was my first time doing the tag on the outside, and I think I like it. The ones that I used are a bit long, but I don't think they look too bad. Any feedback on that, or the colour combinations, craftmanship... anything, would be really great.

Sorry about the graininess of the pictures - I take them and they look great, but resizing them does awful things.

Thanks for looking!

2  Re: Vinyl Keychains - Opinions and input, please! in Get Product and Website Opinions by shh on: June 14, 2006 11:13:52 AM
Thanks for all your input!

I used these square eyelets that I think kind of look like filings and have put them up on my website priced at $5 each for now. I actually have really come to like them, but I haven't had any interest in them yet - is there something I'm doing wrong business or design-wise?

3  Vinyl Keychains - Opinions and input, please! in Get Product and Website Opinions by shh on: June 01, 2006 11:54:24 AM
Hi!

I posted these keychains that I made in the Trinkets and Jewellry section of the board, thinking that would be the best place, but I haven't gotten a lot of feedback, so I thought I would try here.

I got the idea for these while I was working on some bags for my (sort-of) store/company, and I think they would sell, but one can never be too sure and I have NO clue how much to even charge for them. They are made from vinyl and interfacing, two gold coloured jump rings and a split ring. They are approximately 4 x 3 inches.

4  Vinyl Keychains in Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General by shh on: May 31, 2006 01:15:09 PM
Hi, I normally post on the Purses, bags and wallets area of this site, but I have recently made these keychains alongside my bag adventures and figured this was the best board to put them up on. I've been thinking about listing them in my psuedo-store, but I have no idea if they will sell or how much to charge for them.

Any and all opinions would be really great, thanks!

5  Vinyl Pouch & Keychain in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by shh on: May 15, 2006 12:20:25 PM
I would love to hear/read your opinions on these two new items I made.
This pouch is just a prototype, and though the exact copy is not available for sale, I will be making more.

I decided to try out a keychain and I really like it, but it really needs some interfacing to make it stronger. I also need to find a smaller ring. Sorry the first picture is out of focus - sometimes digital cameras suck! Also, I know a keychain isn't a bag, but since it is kind of in that same realm, I figured it would be okay to post here. If it's not, I can definitely take it down.

6  White Stone Bracelet in Beads: Completed Projects by shh on: August 13, 2005 07:06:49 PM
I was inspired by the bracelets in Janakisses' post and so excited to finally undertsand the floating bead look that I had to make one for myself. I also made one with wire for my boyfriends mom (I haven't taken pictures of that one, though). I'm peased with them both... any thoughts?

7  Two bracelets in Beads: Completed Projects by shh on: July 28, 2005 08:56:15 PM
My first bracelets! The pink one is a birthday present for my boyfriend's sister and the black one is just for fun (the bead in the centre is actually a deep red).
These took me about five hours because they decided to keep breaking on me.

I finished them and secured them so well I almost broke my pliers.

I hope you like them; I'm pretty pleased considering the struggle.

8  Cherries! in Beads: Completed Projects by shh on: July 25, 2005 07:05:22 PM
These are my fourth pair of earrings and I'm extremely happy with them.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated!

9  Earrings in Beads: Completed Projects by shh on: July 17, 2005 03:39:32 PM
I made these yesterday. They are my first attempts at earrings and I think they turned out all-right. Unfortunately, I didn't have the proper pliers so the hoops I made at the top are a bit oversized. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

10  Purple and gold necklace in Beads: Completed Projects by shh on: July 16, 2005 12:01:57 PM
I made this necklace last night (my first one since enormous wooden beads were all the rage in grade 7). I haven't put the findings on yet because I'm not sure if I want to leave it as one strand or add more. Any suggestions?
