StarSix received yesterday so here is a quick pic of what I sent her.

A wine colored flannel with black curlicues was used for the short tote, which is lined in black.
A zippered pouch and a tissue package cover.  The tissue in the photo was a prop - the package inside is new, sealed, ready for use.

I got my package from kmsmaverick today.

Inside the box was this fantastic purple bag.  A long, adjustable black web strap contrasts nicely with the purple fur fabric.  The fur is a mottled, swirly purple and has circles in the nap.  Did you do that yourself kmsmaverick or did the fabric come like that? Either way, it is very cool.
And on the inside...

Lots of pockets!  Also inside was a coordinating zipper pouch seen to the right in the first photo.
I'm going to love carrying this around.  She did an excellent job on this - those are some nice seams.
Good work and thank you much!

Got my pouch today.
btlgrl did a great job - and to think she was concerned if I'd like it or not.  Silly thing!

The pouch has a flower background fabric with flowers stiched to the front.  The inside is a neat gold print lining.
She also included a flower pen and bracelet and a very nice handmade card.
All flower themed.
Thanks for everything, btlgrl.  Everyone in this swap has done such fantastic work.

My partner has received her pouch.
To take up less space here on craftster, this is a link to my personal website where I put up a whole page for the pouch.

This was a fun swap.
I love seeing what everyone made.

mmmmm...cowboys Grin

Speaking of which, go to http://www.vernonhedrick.com/photo/news/index.htm and check out the eighth one down.
My boyfriend is a photographer and while working for the local paper, he took this shot of the guy who'd just been thrown and had a well, let's say delicate type of injury.

Cheyenne, WY.
About to get slammed by the crowds in town for Frontier Days the next couple weeks.
Wish me luck!
370  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Re: Leftovers from other projects swap on: July 06, 2005 06:45:04 PM
Sounds like a good idea.
I've got a whole box dedicated to leftovers in my workshop.
It would be nice for them to get a second lease on crafty life and to get some different bits to use.
