1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Wavy on: February 16, 2006 11:34:06 AM
I finished my dad's birthday present a little late, but it has been completed!  Thanks to Knitty's Wavy homemade is heading back home to my dad's doorstep.

If you can't see it with that, check it out here: http://crushedcorn.blogspot.com/

This baby is thick and chunky.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Wearable Cathode on: December 25, 2005 01:04:21 PM
Knitty's Cathode is ca-pleted!  She's a bit short, I know, which is ironic since I'm shorter than the average bear.  But this one is nice and comfy and brings my sweater shirt count up to 1.  Maybe 2.  Here's the pic:
And if that doesn't work, go to http://crushedcorn.blogspot.com/
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Shawl Collar Cardi on: December 19, 2005 09:02:41 AM
My first wearable sweater has finally be completed!  I knew I was knitting for some higher reason.  Courtesy of VOGUEknitting Fall 2005, I had to do a couple of adjustments to the pattern (like adding ribbing on the bottom since I used a tweed instead of boucle yarn), and the seams aren't perfect, but it's my baby just the same.

4  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / IK's Polka-dot bag, sans that polkas on: November 12, 2005 08:59:03 AM
my first FO in at least 6 months.  after 1 failed attempt on this project (I will never underestimate the power of making a swatch again), i have reemerged as the mediocre knitting mastermind that I am.  this comes from InterWeave Knits, done with Crystal Palace "Iceland" and done on size 10 circulars.
there's no where to go from here but up Wink
5  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Father's Day diys on: June 08, 2005 12:35:25 PM
Anyone have any ideas for knitted Father's Day gifts?  My dad isn't the knitted tie type (as cool as they are) and I can only come up with cold weather crafts.
