oooh it's pretty and a super cute idea. i love the butterfly! if you want to spruce it up a bit you could glue some smaller spiders to the top so it looks like they're getting ready to feast. *chomp chomp*

Fabulous ideas! Will defo be swiping one... or two... or five of them Smiley

Got a little more done today. Inside I've added some plaster to the walls which will be stained with potion splatters and other good witchy things.

Outside had begun the process of grungification.

Still a bit of a mess but it's heading in the right direction. Not entirely pleased with the shutters but I'll keep at them. I do wish I could unhinge the shutters a la bunny1kenobi's suggestion but those things aren't budging.

wowee thats pretty. i love the grunge

17  GLASS CRAFTS / Glass Crafts: Discussion and Questions / Re: Smoothing edges? (for safety) on: September 15, 2012 09:53:00 PM
Instead of a tumbler:

Get a glass jar large enough to fit glass piece into. Put glass inside and fill with water. Secure a lid on the jar. Now go sit on you couch or favorite chair and watch some TV or read. While you relax, place the glass jar laying horizontal on the floor under your foot. Roll the jar back and forth for about an hour, and check the shards. Repeat as needed to achieve smoothness. Smiley

woaahhh that is a way cool tip
