So Homecoming is coming up in a month and  half. I really really really REALLY want to make this dress

I fidgured out how to do the top.. Im going to use a Iron on transfer sheen to put the picute on the fabric... Im then going to put translucent rhinestones on top of the image so the picture will show through.

The Problem is I dont know what type of fabric to use for the bottom! I dont want to use special occasion fabric because they arent comfy to dance in! So i really wanted a thin, soft kinda of sheer fabric to use, that way i can be ooh so compy sitting around and dancing!  (and I may rewear it for my aunts wedding  

So If anyone can pleeeaassee tell me what type of fabric I should use it would be a ginormous help!!!
