11  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / scrapbook style business card on: September 06, 2006 08:25:11 PM
well, I had several problems....one, my printer was running out of ink, and i didn't have any business card paper to even print on, and three, I had these cute lotion bar samples that were really too small to package....so I used my scrapbook skills, got out my card stock and pretty papers, my hot glue gun...and ta daaaaa, this creation was born.  Us crafty minds never quit!!  There is a solution to everything and something around your house you can use....lol

sorry, it wouldn't take a good picture, the flash messed up the colors, so I scanned it and it's lop-sided...oh well
12  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Cocoa butter lotion bars on: September 05, 2006 12:15:12 PM
I just thought I would share my lotion bars I made.  They are cocoa butter, beeswax, and a few other natural oils that are very penetrating to your skin.  I scented them with the rich chocolate scent from brambleberry.com.  They smell soooo great.  It really took me awhile to make some packaging that I liked, but I think I like my final result, wax paper, tissue paper, and a customized sticker on the top!  Tell me what you link?  I'm in the process of some candles and coffee body scrub too.

14  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / fabric origami purse on: May 11, 2005 01:30:23 PM
this is an origami purse I made with a matching wallet and checkbook holder, it was so fun and easy to make all I had to do was stiffen the fabric so it would fold, and follow some origami diagrams I found on the web!  This is my first project that I have posted here on craftster so be kind... lol... I hope these links work...
