So the name of the post says it all!  I couldn't think of a cool eye catching name, oh well.  I made this little organizer out of card stock and glue, and thought I would share!  I haven't posted in the paper crafts section in forever!  I love the paper, I made so many different ones but this is the only one I have a pic of, it's so cute, my sister wants one now of course!  The compartments are just big enough to hold a lip balm tube or smaller items.

Ok, I have not posted a new project in ages!!! So I had to share this. I have pictures for a tutorial for the whole process, but I didn't know if anyone would be interrested, so here is just the completed photos for now!  I had so much fun making these, the cd case one is mine and I made my sister one out of an old aol box I had been saving up for something cool!  I just depotted my eyeshadows, layed down some magnet sticky stuff on the bottom of the cd case, and tada!  Some of the makeup was cheapy and the metal was not magnetic, so I just double-sided taped those!  I don't have to rummage through my makeup box to find my fav shades anymore, yay!  Some of my makeup was still wet from the alcohol, but it will evaporate soon, I just couldn't wait to share my pics.

Just another weave I was trying out, I put some red acrylic beads 'caged' into the center, this weave is called inverted round, it's pretty easy to learn.  I am so hooked on chainmail!

Ok, just wanted to share my new addiction to chainmail.  I already have several items made, but I don't have pics up of everything.  Here is a bracelet and some earrings I made.  I wore the earrings to the movies one night and got tons of compliments, I wore them on Christmas too, I love them!

This is a cookbook I made for my sister for this past christmas, yeah I know i'm a little behind on posting my projects!  I had bought a set of matching paper and bought the rings and tab dividers as a set at a scrapbook store, typed out some recipes, and tada!  The creation was born!

My hubby has plenty of uniforms laying around and he's getting out next year from the airforce, soooo he let me tear em up.  They are actually pretty huge bags but u can't tell from the pic.  Now hubby's mom wants a desert camo one, only not so big! She'll cram it up so full of junk..lol.  I used some heavy fabrics on the inside, kinda like corderoy/ uniform material to match the heavyness of the dcu and bdu pants.  They are way sturdy.  The big pocket on the outside is the original pocket from the uniform pants, I had to use the pocket, I love the shape of it? (dunno why just do)

umm wow I haven't been on-line in forever, but i have been busy busy with making purses.  This is my lastest creation, tho it turned out looking like a couch..lol.  The top is pleated, tho you can't really see it, then I hand stitched on a string of beads, that I sat there and arranged and strung...took forever.  Anyway, I love how it turned out, I figured with all the looking I do I could share one of my newest projects!

well, I had several problems....one, my printer was running out of ink, and i didn't have any business card paper to even print on, and three, I had these cute lotion bar samples that were really too small to package....so I used my scrapbook skills, got out my card stock and pretty papers, my hot glue gun...and ta daaaaa, this creation was born.  Us crafty minds never quit!!  There is a solution to everything and something around your house you can use....lol

I just thought I would share my lotion bars I made.  They are cocoa butter, beeswax, and a few other natural oils that are very penetrating to your skin.  I scented them with the rich chocolate scent from brambleberry.com.  They smell soooo great.  It really took me awhile to make some packaging that I liked, but I think I like my final result, wax paper, tissue paper, and a customized sticker on the top!  Tell me what you link?  I'm in the process of some candles and coffee body scrub too.
