Definitely want to try this. There are so many projects I've wanted to do and didn't get to. This should help keep me on track. Here's my list thus far:

1. simple lined tote bags (15 or more)
2. reupholster vintage oak child's rocker
3. refinish 3 drawer doll's chest
4. refinish wood and metal ice cream parlor chair
5. vintage and antique lace belts (5 or more)
6. sew playhouse cover for folding card table
7. interesting soaps
8. altered tin -- affirmation box
9. create miniatures display out of vintage spice rack
10. sock monsters (2 or more)
11. decorated jars for storage
12. bead necklaces
13. quilt made from old damask tablecloths
14. picnic blanket from fleece and nylon
more to come.
(By the way, thanks for all the ideas provided on this list. I definitely plan to "borrow" some.)
 

This is a great update on a tradition. Very hip. I can really see it over a black outfit. Beautiful work.

Puamelia volunteered to be an angel replacement for one of my earlier partners and sent me a lovely "weather/winter" themed dotee. she used silver/sparkle paint pens for the face (cleverly using a cloud for hair and snowflakes for eyes and nose). Then, she added some silvery sequins and beads below with silver thread. A very clever design and I hope that is clear from the photo (the colors are subtle and I'm not positive the details will show, but believe me, it's great).

Really cute. Great job. You seem to be able to design very complicated figures, which is very impressive.

I received three sets of pendants from gala_apples, sparks and PJR107. I was really lucky because the pendants are great and they vary greatly on all dimensions -- size, medium, color, etc. Here are the two from gala_apples:


This is a beautiful floral pendant that was one of two sent to me by PJR107. The photo just doesn't do justice to the delicate and detailed nature of the design (my fault for poor photography of three dimensional objects). She also sent me a raku pendant similar to the one sent to gala_apples (below).

Here is the picture of sparks' pendants -- one gear based collage and one polymer anemone (sea not flower) -- at least that's what I'm calling it. Have you seen a better variety. I've been so lucky (particularly when you look back on all that I've received -- great quality and variety. Thanks to everyone.

A quick apology to those of you whose pendants I've received, but that haven't been posted. When I listed my address, I forgot that I was moving from my house to my apt in New York City when some would come in. My husband is still at the house and so, will bring them down when he comes next week. I at least remembered my camera so that I can post. Sorry for this mistake, but I always need some big city energy after months in country.

Received a great apple dotee from Angelicus today -- now I've got an apple and a pear. The apple has a lovely clay face, which gives it a lot of dimension.  This has been a great swap for me. Thanks so much.

Received these beautiful pendants from ThriftyLiving4U (top) and a pendant from MsZombieElvis (bottom) that makes me laugh every time I think about it. For those of you who haven't seen Princess Bride as often as I have, MsZombie's pendant is composed of the Dread Pirate Robert's (a.k.a. Wesley's) mask and the tiny bottle is filled with the poison used in what may well be Wallace Shawn's funniest scene ever. Hugely better than a R.O.U.S. pendant (another Princess Bride option).
