Several years ago I was in a zine swap that was one of the most fun experiences I have had in the online crafting community. Each person made 9 copies of their zine (which could be about anything, of any length) to send to the other participants, and for about two weeks I had a steady stream of unique, fun, and handmade reading material. Some of the zines I kept for years, either because they were so artistic or because the writing was so special. Some were all writing, some had poetry, some were very small and some were more involved. No experience required!
Would anyone be interested in doing this? I just got involved on Craftster, so I couldn't organize unless we did it a long time from now, but I'm happy to help!
If you're not sure what a zine is, check out the links below. They are very fun to make, and lots of fun to receive.
