21  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / Re: where can I find those little music makers for the insides of stuffed animals? on: July 26, 2012 12:38:08 PM
Yah, I get mine from Build a Bear. They're like 6$ or so and you can record what ever you want on them. I'm sorry to hear about your friends dog, you're a good friend to make those for her.

These are soooo amazing! Thank you so much for sharing the pattern ^_^ (And don't let the sexists get you down - you're awesome at crochet and no-one should judge you poorly for doing something you love!)

Haha, thanks for the support! I never let it stop me before, and I don't plan on letting it any time in the future! Smiley

29  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: Holy free pattern, Batman!! on: July 24, 2012 11:01:17 AM
How awesome are these?! You did great! And I love your site too.  And can I say personally that a guy knowing how to crochet...especiall y as well as you....is just a very attractive quality  Wink More guys need to learn!

Haha, well thank you very much.. you'd be surprized though, crocheting is seen so often as a female hobby and I've had to deal with a lot of judgements in the past from friends and girlfriends a-like. Never let it stop me though!! Smiley Thank you! I hope one day that maybe hobbies like these, or any for that matter, won't be discriminated based on sex, age or whatever, and people won't be discouraged to be creative like I know some people are especially in the knitting and crocheting departments. Thanks for being a supporter! I hope I can help more guys, and girls, learn how to crochet!
