12  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Discussion and Questions / Re: You know you're a craftster when... on: November 07, 2006 05:59:41 PM
When you ask the guitar player in your band to give you the crappy guitar strings that he's gonna replace (Hey!! Wire jewlry is cool!!!)

When your teacher needs your parents to sign a paper allowing you to use a hot glue gun, you start to laugh out loud...You consider yourself a hot glue gun expert.

When you get excited when your stuck up language arts teacher says "You can never have too much duct tape."

When even your crafting buddy doesn't understand the purpose of your craft.

When you use a drill for EVERYTHING.
13  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / People needed for interviews on knitting on: November 05, 2006 04:22:38 PM
Do any of you consider yourself knitting experts? I need your help. I'm doing a project on knitting, and one of the criteria for it is to find an expert. What I would need is a few people who are willing to be interviewed. If you would like to participate, please PM me your first and last name. It's that easy. The interviews would most likely be conducted through emails. I have not thought of questions, but I will PM you in advanced to let you know when I'll be sending them out.

Thanks a lot

P.S. Some of you may have noticed a similar topic by "longstory." She is also in my class and doing her project on knitting. While our topics may be the same, that doesn't mean that you will be asked the same questions. Please help us out by saying that you'd be willing to be interviewed!
