Magpie is a new craft/design/vintage market flying into Edinburgh this December.

We are looking for unique, innovative, quirky, fun and most importantly high quality designers and carefully curated vintage collections from Edinburgh and beyond.

We don't want mass produced. We don't want boring.

These are cute! I prefer the ones with the serged edges as it gives it a more striking look.

I know this is a few months old, but thought I should reply....I used to work in a fabric shop in Birmingham

There's also a stall in the rag market (opposite the Fancy Silk store), plus loads of other stalls inside - and Tuesdays outside are also good for fabric.

I adore the silver one, the cameo is beautiful     

I go to car boot sales and thrift shops and buy old/broken necklaces from there - that way you get recycled beads/chain too

Be wary of 'vintage' findings as often they're just vintage style - you can usually tell tho!

If anybody is near a Beatties (i'm using Bham one as an example here) they have just started selling bag handles - from 75p per pair!!
I'm only letting this one slip as I'm now fully stocked up!! hehe!
