I reduced the size of the saddle cloth to 19 x 7.5 and re-sized the pockets accordingly as Tiggers chest is only 25 1/2.

 I will also have to make sure that there is something in both pockets as although his pac-a-mac is very light the back pack was twisting to that side with nothing on the other side.
