I've been eyeing the infinity dress for years, and I've finally learned to sew a bit so I'd love to attempt it now. I'm going to Ottawa for Canada Day and I need a red/white dress for the occasion. I was thinking of doing a red/white reversible dress, but I don't know if I have the skills for that yet - I've only made a couple PJ pants, an elastic waist pencil skirt (Simplicity 2258), and jersey knit circle skirts.

I went out and got some ball-point needles and a walking foot to help deal with the layers of fabric

Any ideas to incorporate both colours? I've seen doing the waistband/straps in a different colour - any other ideas?
