1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Purse pouches that I'm making on: April 06, 2008 11:58:47 AM
This is the first one I've sewn as a prototype.
A bride asked me to make these for all of her bridesmaids.  She told me to pick the fabric, and that her colors were preppy pink & green.  This was the most fun fabric I could find!  They are 10" wide and 9" tall.  Just plain white fabric on the inside, but I may change that.  I also want the zipper to be a darker pink.

I saw one of these at a store, and knew that I could make it!
I ended up making a ton of these for Christmas presents.
Click to make it bigger.

They are about 2 1/2" by 1 1/2" and go on your key ring.
So far, everyone has loved them.

I've lurked here on this board for a very long time, and finally got the nerve to post something I created!  I have been using your tutorials like crazy to make lots of fun things.  Thank you to everyone for sharing so much of your knowledge!
