1  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / My Finished Crafts, Would you buy them? If so, for how much? on: June 12, 2012 05:01:54 PM
Please help me by giving me constructive criticism of these 4 necklaces. Please tell me what you like and don't like about them, which ones you might buy if you saw it in a store, and what you think a fair price might be for each of them. I am thinking of maybe selling my designs in the future once I get a silver sauterer and learn how to use it. Thank you for your comments and time! Grin

2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Discussion and Questions / Does anyone have any advice on choosing a silver sauterer and where to buy one? on: June 12, 2012 04:57:22 PM
Please help me I need to buy a silver sauterer but I don't know much about them. Like what kinds there are? Do they have different power levels? Are they any different from a sauterer you could buy at a hardware store? If they are how are they different? What kind of silver sauterer is the best to buy? Is there anything else I will need to buy with it? If so can you you tell me what would be the best kind of stuff to buy with it? Thank you for your time and helpful advice! Grin
3  CROCHET / Crochet: Discussion and Questions / How do I know how tight I should be pulling my yarn or what my tension should be on: June 12, 2012 03:44:07 PM
I need to know how tight my crocheting stitches should be cause I think I might be making my stitches too tight. Also what is tension and what should my tension be? as you can tell I am very new to crocheting. I first got into it when I learned how to wire crochet to make different bracelets and necklaces. I thought that crocheting would be a good way to keep my hands busy while I'm watching TV or some other activity that doesn't keep my hands busy. I don't know if anyone else is like this but if I'm watching TV and I'm not completely into the show I am a disaster! I will find scissors and something to cut up and just start cutting it into the tiniest pieces I can! I once cut up an empty styrofoam cup that was laying around when I was watching a video on my computer! talk about a disaster! if you are like me you can also tell me about different things you have cut up if you want to! sorry about getting off topic! the only crocheting stitch I know is the chain stitch. I haven't figured out the other stitches but I will get my grandma to teach me some other stitches the next time I see her! Grin
