Hi. Im Bec!
I live in Perth western Australia, I have a husband (who love DVD's of Michael Cain and Dr Who) A little girls named Emelia who is about to turn 2, and loves all things pretend! She loves to be a little mummy, 2 cats and 1 dog :-) No allergies

I love Sewing, and love receiving all things sewing. I am currently learning to crochet, but am not very good at it, so far I can make a granny square   I scrapbook, make jewlery and do all things papercraft.

I LOVE hoops, crochet doileys, Art for my sewing room wall, anything for my little girl, and well really anything!!

My pinterest board is really quite big, so I have gone through all of my albums and put anything I would really LOVE into this album - http://pinterest.com/becreddick/someone-pleasssse-make-for-me/ but please feel free to make anything from any album! exact replicas are not required.

I mainly wear black, grey, red, purple and green. I love big earings, and long dangly necklaces.

this is the link to my pinterest board

Thanks for giving me the oppourtunity to make something other than kids clothes! I really enjoyed making them!

very colorful...I read in your previous post that you have to sew together three layers of fabric...is the skirt heavy?

this one is heavier than the other one I made, as it is 3 layers of quilting weight cotton, and the other one had poplin, lace and quilting weight cotton. They are quite heavy, but to be honest I really dont notice it when Im wearing it, just when I pick it up. You could alternatively do it with only 2 layers of fabric, and or lighter weight fabrics.

Love how the pink just pops off of the green!

Thank you Kwality570! I'm loving this colour combo as well!

Cool, is this a pattern you made up?

No, I bought the pattern from a local designer. I wish I was clever enough to write patterns!!

cute! love the colors and the style. i tried doing something like that once but i guess it couldnt get it lined up right or something cuz it was a disaster, but this may have inspired me to dig through my stash and try again

With this skirt you cut 6 pieces of fabric in the skirt patterns then "quilt" it... Its hard to explain... then you cut in between the "quilted" bits, so its not actually sewing on lots of strips of fabric... does that make sense?Huh
10  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Lets See Pics of Tattoos You Designed! on: July 18, 2012 10:17:28 PM
I have 3 tattoo's, all done in the last 3 months.

I semi designed 2 and one was designed by the apprentice at the tattoo shop I go to, and I made changes to it.

this one was fully designed by me, it is on the back of my leg

there is a few things I want changed to it, I want the ribbon to be a darker purple, and also would like it to loop through the locket.

this one is on my forearm, I have a whole board on pinterest dedicated to crowns, I just love them. So I designed this crown, the tattooist made a few little changes. It annoys me when people ask me why I got a crown... I mean if I got a butterfly would they ask me if it has a meaning?

And not sure if this one is allowed, but this one was designed and tattoo'd by the amazing apprentice at the tattoo shop I use, I made a few small chages to it, but I JUST LOVE IT! it is my favorite one :-) I am getting her to design a matching teapot for the other foot.

sorry about the poor quality photos, I only have a phone camera at the moment.
