Hello! Just thought I'd share a picture of a pancake I made after being inspired by the amazing pancake art on Jim's Pancakes' blog (
http://www.jimspancakes.com). I wanted to try out an original idea, which somehow in my mind translated to a Snakes on a Plane theme
. I dyed the pancake batter with food coloring and used squeeze bottles in lieu of a pancake pen to make the precise shapes. I cooked each of the plane pieces separately and then "glued" them together using additional batter. Definitely a challenge, but a fun project!
