1  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Christmassy iPhone Cozy on: November 27, 2012 09:06:46 AM
I thought of dressing up my iPhone as a Santa and here is the outcome. I simply worked it up like a sleeve in rounds. For the flap I kept turning the work for the back row.

Crocheted around a tiny button and sewed it so when the flap is closed you can see a full Santa Hat!

For those who want to try this easy pattern

2  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / My own Cell phone cozy pattern! (link) easy way! on: November 19, 2012 06:20:26 PM
Last week I tried my hand on making cell phone cozies to use up my left over wool! I enjoyed making tiny flowers, stripes and some leaves on them! Infect, I wanted to make one with camouflage styled ! Here is the result!

I am very happy about the bottom of these cozies!

Blogged this at http://krmeet.blogspot.in/2012/11/easy-crochet-case-pattern-for-any-cell.html
3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / paper quilled wine glass charms on: October 23, 2012 02:00:09 AM
Wine glass charms are fun to make with paper quilling. I joined different colored paper strips and quilled them into paper beads.

I am using plain earring loops till I can find wine glass charm loops!

I was wondering if anyone has made quilled wine glass charms?

5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Recycled wooden beaded car seat cover into necklace on: September 27, 2012 01:41:10 AM
Hi!

One of family friend was using a wooden beaded car seat cover that suddenly got teared off. They forwarded that huge bunch of beads for my crafty adventures.

I have been able to use only seven of them into a necklace by crocheting around with cotton thread.

Now, I am planning to make a complete set of curtain using wool on these beads.

What do you say about this idea?

I have post a tutorial at http://decoratingandcookingforchristmas.com/content/easy-diy-crochet-necklace
6  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Recycled denim into hanging organizer on: August 27, 2012 08:49:44 PM
I recycled my son's old denim into this hanging organizer by attaching a hanger with it.

It turned out so well for keeping all his socks in its right place!

7  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Quilled snowflake using simple comb! on: August 16, 2012 11:43:17 PM
Hi everyone!

I have been quillling using only roller from past few months. I recently started using simple comb to make different pattern like this snowflake!

Let me know how are you finding it?
8  SEWING IN GENERAL / Sewing in General: Discussion and Questions / Do you make sewing patterns like this? on: August 06, 2012 09:21:26 PM
I wanted to make a baby bib for my nephew!

When I saw him holding a plate in his hands, I just got this idea of using that same plate for making a pattern for his own baby bib. I used large plate to draw a 3/4 of the circle for the pattern and overlapped it with another small plate to make a neckline of the bib.

This project turned out really good. I was wondering anyone using such weird tools to make patterns?
