1  Bag for my Grandma in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Richelle88 on: June 12, 2012 02:34:40 AM

For some time my grandma wanted a homemade bag from me, shell use it when shes going to the hobby afternoon in the nursing home, she makes cards there, that means an A4 folder must fit in the bag and all her papers and pictures.

I purchased a beautiful fabric in Heerenveen. When I got home I started immediately, a few hours later I made a nice bag!
She was very happy with it and shows the bag to everyone who wants to see, hopefully she can use it a long time Smiley

And for the first time I used a stamp I bought, I designed it, as a label

2  Nintendo Ds Bag in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Richelle88 on: May 07, 2012 02:58:10 AM
Although I made this a long time ago, it's the first bag I made so I wanted to share it with you. (Can't show pictures yet, so I'll have to do with links)

Soon after I bought a Nintendo Ds, I wanted to protect it, but all the covers/cases I saw on the internet weren't cheap so I decided to make one myself.
We still had some cute fabrics lying in the closet and I choose this one.

I measured my Nintendo and cut the fabric, I used fiberfill for solidity.

I hope you like it, and maybe you know where I could get more of this fabric, I looked everywhere but can't seem to find something like it....
