I made this for the son of my old history teacher, with some fabric leftovers, and dacron form an old pillow... I hope, that at least the pictures are self explaining (my english is rustier than I tought)...
You need:
Scrapes of cotton fabric, some dacron(the stuffing thing), some left over ribbon, a little bell, fabric paint, some yarn, a small piece of cardboard.
Cut a rectangle 30 cm long 6 cm wide.

Roll some yarn in a 3 cm wide piece carboard to get 6 cm long strips.

Distribute the yarn strips to make the hair on one of the ends of your rectangle, fold in half and machine sew (the hair should be sewn on whats gonna be the inside of the spaghetti friend)

Then the inside out, stuff,

sew the other end, make a bow, sew the bell,

paint a face,

and voila, an spaghetti friendÖ

The name is tacky, but those make great gifts for babys, my brother had one as a baby and he loved it so much my mom made one for each of his little baby friends cuz they were fighting over it (one year old fighting over a toy, mmmm)
