haha, i'm exactly like that, i put way too much thought into gecoupaging!  that's why it took me all summer to finish it!

and it makes me smile that you know where hollins is!

haha, i am indeed sitting in it right now!  =)

and hollins is the college i go to, and bayum is just an inside joke between a few friends... i added it to the picture because they are favorite parts of the chair.  hehe.

This is my first actual post on the craftster forum, and its a project that i am particularly proud of.  Over the summer i found a really beautiful old chair at an antique mall, it was pretty beat up, and i'm mad at myself for not having a before picture of it, but oh well.  The seat had caved in so i had to have it re-cained, and once that was done i started decoupaging it.  Here's what i ended up with, i love it!

me just learning how to knit last week, puts this project out of my league for now, but i will be saving this pattern becuase i really want to make these, and your pattern is awesome!
