This has been such a fun swap.

Here are my items from Bunny1kenobi!

shelving with a rug, and various canned goods.  cute little kitchen towels, and wall hangings and various other kitchen implements

Close up of the canned goods.  And the shelves - is it toothpicks and seed beads?  I would have never thought of that!

and the kitchen implements.  love the rolling pin

Thanks!

I received from onyxnox.  I love it.  It's a great mixed media piece.

And the note card was also really cool with the origami work on it.

5  Chunky Book Pages in Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General by geekgirl1000100 on: June 08, 2015 10:30:57 AM
I did a private swap with someone from another site and I made her 2 5"7" pages for a chunky book she is putting together.  I had actually not heard of chunky books and had to look it up.  It basically seems like chunky pages are mini art journal pages or larger ATCs that have heavy embellishments and 3-D embellishments and where the backside is lightly decorated to go with the front side.

I went with her Doctor Who and uplifting quote themes.

The exploding Tardis.  I saw the button thing on a blog somewhere and have been wanting to try that out.  it was kind of awkward and I ended up using superglue to glue some of them down.  The backside has the Doctor's name in Gallifreyan.  This was from a homemade stamp made by our very own PerfectlyBohemian.

This was just your basic mixed-media/collage page.

I received from puzzled-penguin:

the color on this pic didn't come out well.  the colors on the mug rug are great but looks pretty muted in the pic. And a bracelet with cute charms: sword, dragon and cute little handcuffs.  And a beaded lilac.  Looks awesome. The notes puzzled-penguin wrote are adorable.

close up of bracelet and lilac:

and plastic canvas crossstitch witches magnets.  love them!

Onyxnox - it is polymer clay.  I've always wanted to do one. I enjoyed making it.  A friend saw it and asked for one for a birthday gift.

great items in the swap - the witches t-shirt, the altered fish tin, the art canvas, Death mug rug.

I received my awesome items from Wile E Songdog:

A witch themed mug rug - I'll be taking it to work

a cute little Luggage and an eyemask with "I ATEN'T DEAD".  clever idea putting it on an eyemask

and look at those feet!  Love it

And two cute little beads.  I love that turtle

Thanks!

8  Great A'Tuin in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by geekgirl1000100 on: May 02, 2015 07:12:10 PM
I actually doodled this a couple of years ago for a Geek Swap and never posted a pic. But since I'm currently in the Terry Pratchett Tribute swap I thought I'd take a minute and share.

It's an ink doodle of the Great A'Tuin from Discworld on top of an11"x14" canvas painted black with silver swirls.
