omg so many cute things <3 i keep sqirming in my chair waiting for people to get my packages :3 i hope my group likes them. once i get the last package from my group im gonna take a picture of them all together. :3 eeeee

I'm planning to take a picture of my whole pile as well -- it's becoming quite impressive!!!

That's a great idea!! Now I can't wait for my group to receive their packages so I can post a group shot as well.  Cheesy

On another note, just got my package from cabaute today and as per usual from these swaps, it's full of awesomeness!

Sorry the group shot's a little blurry, but the paper tag is adorable and I love the ice cream stickers.

Seriously, these small animals are just sooo cute!! Lovin' the luggage! It's so brightly colored, cheerful and I love the assortment of bags.  Grin

The owl chefs baking are absolutely wonderful and the little foxes going through the forest are so cute!!

Thank you so much, cabaute!! Everything is just cute, cute -- CUTE!! Cheesy

So yesterday I had to go to work earlier than anticipated and when I came home, a package was sticking out of the mailbox! I was dead tired and had to go to bed, but here are the wonderful fabrics that Bobomom sent!!

They were all tied together with a cute little ribbon that says "bloom" across it. I'm big into scrapbooking so this was a cute little extra that I plan to use in the near future.  Cheesy

Loving these three!! I dunno what I'm going to make with them, but definitely going to make something. My family and I love to go camping and even have our own trailer.  Grin

And look at these doughnuts, they look so yummy!!  Cheesy

Thank you so much for all the great fabrics, Bobomom!! Still waiting on Spoonflower for the last fabric before I can send to my group... maybe I'll just make another run to the special quilt shop and see if I can find something else...

I also got these super fun fabrics from sloth003 and love them all!! The card with the sloth stamped on it is adorable.  Cheesy

The color isn't accurate on the limes in this photo, but you can see the color in the corner of the rabbits and hats photo. Don't know why, but it wouldn't come out correctly except for that one bit.

Loving these magic rabbits, and just in time for Easter!!

Who doesn't love sewing fabric? I'm really digging the bold pattern on this.

Loving the diary / journal / letter fabric!! I'm in the process of collecting material for a literature based quilt and this is going into that pile.

Thank you so much, Sloth!! Unfortunately I'm still waiting on some fabric that I ordered online to complete my package, and then I can cut and send to my group.

Hey everyone! I guess I'll kick things off with my totally awesome package from Chamomile_T!

So when I went to go take pictures, my camera was taking them and they were coming out great! Until I realized about halfway through the package that I forgot to put the card back in from a recent trip I was uploading. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't save when there's no card...  Angry That said, I tried to get the wonderful pabu and water tribe symbol on the outside, but it had gotten ripped through.  Cry

Oh man though, there was so much tape over everything I had to break out the ol' box cutter. Nothing was going to accidentally open during shipment on this one!  Wink
So when I first opened the package I got this great letter folded up in an awesome way!

First thing I found was a fantastic candle with Naga painted on one side, and the Water Tribe symbol painted on the other. It smells absolutely delicious! Yankee Candle Watermelon if anyone's curious!

Next, was the cutest wallet you could ever imagine with a little Pabu on the very front. Chamomile_T said in her letter that the Chinese handwriting says "Don't waste your money!" Very appropriate for a wallet and the little heart is such a wonderful touch! I was in desperate need of a new wallet, and the greatest thing about this one (besides pabu, of course) is that it fits in my back pocket! Perfect!

Last, but not least, was the most-awesomely-cutest-cute shirt of Momo I have ever seen! I literally shrieked from the cuteness and I immediately put it on. Adorable!

But what is this in the bottom of the box? Fat quarters! I love the patterns on both of them so much! The blue one with the feathers reminds me of my bird, he's even the exact same color! And the nautical one is so soft! I don't know what to make out of them yet, but they will definitely be used!

And if you couldn't guess the theme by now, it's the "Animals of Avatar" and since Appa was the only one missing from the group, Chamomile_T included a small drawing of him in her letter. Laughter ensued!  Cheesy

And of course, obligatory group shot! Please excuse the state of my room... I hadn't had a chance to clean yet...

Thank you so much for such a wonderful package, Chamomile_T!

7  Gator Stuffed Animal in Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects by zeivin on: March 31, 2012 09:21:51 PM
Hey everyone, I'm a bit new to craftster but after stalking looking around this place for like a day decided to join in on all the fun.   Grin
I love making bags, blankets and my personal favorite: stuffed animals! So I figured I would kick things off here with Gator. My first (and so far only) stuffed animal. I've been a little busy and have a few others in the works, but I digress! I made the pattern myself and I think he turned out well. He's about 20" long from nose to the tip of his tail and is made of fleece and felt for ultimate huggability.
