7  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Zombie Cellphone Cover...scaring every call and message on: December 17, 2012 07:09:31 PM
I have a friend who loves zombies so as i, it was her bday n i was thinking what to do for her
so after looking many sites and pics  i found a cute pattern of a Zombie Cellphone Cover, and i thought
that it could make a great present.

Since i dont sell the stuff i make (i keep some and other are gifts) i decided to show what i did

Not so cute as in the pattern but i think its a cool work. I used a different button and a sharpie
to make the cross lol cause it only has two holes n not 4 like in the pattern.

Dont know if i can say the name of the site but of course i wanna give credit to the admin there
for have this pattern as free,

let me know what u think

9  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Easy simple Round Scarf on: December 12, 2012 02:36:43 PM
Hi!

I love this round scarf cause the pattern works great on any yarn so i wanted to do something
militar green (i love that shade) and besides the "scrunchiness" hehe it looks beautiful with
any kind of clothes.

Here is what i did:

Use one skein of ur favorite yarn (mine is a mexican brand with 100gr)
Hook is K (6.5mm)
Chain 150...130 if u dont have much yarn and 180 if u have enough to spare
Join this long chain with a slip stitch to make a big circle, yarn over and make 3 more chains, insert hook on second chain from this point, in other words skip one chain.
this is the tricky part: insert hook, yarn over, through the chain (u have 2 loops on the hook) yarn over, through first loop, u have now 1 chain to ur left and one loop to ur right and make a second chain keeping the very first loop u have on ur right, after these steps u have 2 chains on ur left and one loop on ur right Smiley yarn over and then go through both loops, make one more chain. Skip one chain of the base we just made at the beginning and then insert hook on the next, repeat all the process to complete the round. At the end just slip stitch and begin like we did at the beginning Smiley

i hope u get the idea lol basically its my first crochet tutorial hehehe Cheesy
10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Triangle Loom Knitting Mini Shawl-Scarf on: December 12, 2012 02:23:27 PM
Hi!

a few weeks ago while looking for a circular loom i found myself in front of a giant triangle loom
for shawls and immediately i knew that it was made for me lol.

so i brought it with me back home and after just a few simple steps (same as the square loom)
and 15 minutes i came out with this mini-shawl scarf which i dont know you guys but for me
its GORGEOUS Smiley
