I saw a picture of a gift bag one night and thought that it would be cool for sending out my ami's in, if I could make them fit right. So I expirimented with the size and found a perfect fit for my smaller ami's. Now I just need to figure out more awesome color combinations to make them in.

This is a girly colored gift bag and the first one that I made


This is a Rastafarian bag I made. When my friend saw me making the first one he said I should have made one in Rasta colors. Or a beanie. And this is what happened. Its bigger then the others because I messed up the base, but I still like it.


I found this color combo somewhere and had to try it. I rather like it.

I can't seem to get the blue one to upload. Guess I shall try taking another picture later.

Any good color combo ideas I can try?

This is the first amigurumi I have made. It is a pattern from Stephanie from All About Ami. It was so cute and quite easy to make. Now I just need to learn how to sew the parts together better.

Hi everyone. I am Jenn and I am brand new here. I've seen this place once or twice, but never gave it much thought until today.

I am a soldier in the US Army deployed to Afghanistan for my first tour. I'm already halfway through this deployment and really ready to go home.
I've been into crochet for something like three years but only these last six months has it become more important to me. I am still learning as I go, but its a fun experience for me.
I'm also into photography, drawing, and I plan to learn to sew and knit sometime in the near future as well.

I'm trying to find my way around this place, so bear with me.
