i have been seeing lolita pictures a lot lately. i wanted to make something lolita-ish but not too lolita and i got this.

i love making tophats, they're so much fun to make

so i made this tophat for today, for my parent's friend's daughter because it's her birthday today.
their theme for her birthday is mardigras which is why i made the hat colorful buuuut i didn't made it mardigras colors because i'm not a fan of those colors together.

i was using a different camera here and that camera had a very strong flash which is why you can see the orange felt underneath, however under a normal lighting you cannot see the orange.

its a normal sized tophat and i really hope they like it. i should be getting ready to go though :/ i just wanted to take the pictures and empty my memory card so i can take pictures of the party.

I haven't slept in two days so I feel a bit in the insane side and for some reason I tend to listen to Emilie Autumn. and i had nothing to do this night so I was looking up random pictures and at some point i was looking at Emilie Autumn pictures and I saw this choker http://i15.photobucket.com/albums/a384/AautumnN/Picture1.png and i liked it so I wanted to do something like it but not exactly like it so i ended up with this-

yes those are burnt marks everywhere. i did it with one of those woodburning pen tool thing.

This is the back and its actually sticks to the choker with a safety pin so I can take it off whenever and I might be making another one but i'm not sure yet.

"Again you can't sleep?"  It's not my fault! Well not all the time. currently it's about 2am and I'm refusing to sleep since I have to study for an exam and finish an english paper for summer school and i have not started on  mostly because I don't wanna. Anyways,

when i was making this one I was thinking about Naruto my favorite show ever. The circle is yellow and red, which is for Minato and Kushina and the orange is obviously for Naruto. The silver part in the middle is there because at first i was going to do something different but i saw the orange beads and my fangirl-ish ways commanded me to do something with those three colors.


i'm still kinda new at this so this one was a bit difficult(annoying) for me to try.

So I was sleeping and then i had another nightmare, which they're quite common with me. so to occupy my mind for a bit I would start doing any random thing, and lately its earrings and I still don't know what I'm going to do with them, they're just cluttering my already messy room. -_-

I did not sleep at all. It's already 8am and I haven't slept. today is gonna be a long day, i can already tell. Anyways, before i go on some kind of lack of sleep rant, this is one of the things I was doing while I couldn't sleep.

I remembered last night that I saw a bracelet like this in a flea market but it was too expensive, so i decided to make one and i never got around to actually making it but lately my nightmares have been acting up, making me learn new things rather than sleep.

I'm thinking about putting a charm on it so it won't look too plain, but I don't have any that i like for it.

I don't even know why I made them, I don't even wear jewelry. 0_o


It was around 12-ish today and I can't sleep so I made the ones on top in like 10 minutes, i tried going to sleep again and I kept fidgeting because I want to do something so I made these...

and then I decided to upload them here on craftster, and now I'm going to try to sleep again because it's almost 2am. 0_o

Okay so this is my first time posting anything and it is also the first time I ever made anything. I really like wearing hats, i've always worn hats before and i wanted to make one, but My parents didn't like my hat. :p

this is the front part of my hat and i purposely put the small ribbon on the side because it looked better than the front part

so yeah i did made this hat after i saw a tutorial here in craftster. however instead of felt i used foam because i didn't had felt, and i used poly-satin as the fabric, which is why it looks shiny-ish.

this is the feather i used, my little cousin helped me pick it out in hobby lobby.

This bow was part of my curtain and now i need a new curtain. xD

this is a close up of the bow because i was trying to get the actual color. it's actually a neon green. if you look closely in the middle you can see i sew it there because no matter what glue i tried, it did not stick!

that's the thing that goes around the head.
