Those look superb! Day of the Dead is a great wedding theme! You're lucky that your relatives don't find that too morbid!  (I can just imagine what my grandmother would have to say if I told her I was having a day of the dead wedding..hahhha) Which is why my husband  ran off and got married in another state I suppose..but I digress..

Did you use a backstitch for those skeletons? The stitches look so good!

That shirt (and your daughter) is so cute! Great Job! I am waiting for my SS stuff in the mail, hopefully it will be here today *crosses fingers*.  I'm gonna make my son a shirt with the monkey pattern.. He is crazy about monkeys!  I didn't get the fruit and veggie pattern but I think I'm going to next time, it looks really good all filled in with embroidery like yours is!

I just stopped in your store yesterday!  I loved it.  I would have liked to spend more time looking about, but I was afraid my son would tear the place apart.  Hopefully I'll get back there soon to buy some stuff!

well Sublime Stitching has lots of cool designs..Otherwise what I do is draw stuff myself or take  ideas from pictures I like.  The zebra idea sounds cute!

miss_katonic - i'm also due in october, and i am quite jealous that you are only just now having your cloths get tight; my regular cloths stopped fitting well at the beginning of month 3 . . .

Er.. Don't be so jealous, I have days where I puke up everything I eat...it is no fun at all ....I never thought I'd be mad about losing weight, but in this case..its not good!!   Morning sickness is no fun(well in my case it's more like evening sickness...)  I've been feeling a bit better lately so I am hoping I can starting eating alot to make up for lost time!!

Anyway, I love this skirt idea and can't wait to go out and get the fabric to make my own!!  I love weariing skirts in the spring and summer!
