31  5 minute, 4 ingredient no-bake cheesecake in Dessert by ommilay on: March 21, 2012 05:37:18 PM
I was surprised at how rich this was... let's just say it's too much cheesecake for just my husband and I!
Ingredients:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tub 8 oz Cool Whip
1 package SOFTENED cream cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice.

Just mix the first 3 ingredients until smooth, add lemon juice (notice how THICK it gets) spoon into a graham cracker crust and refrigerate for 2 hours.

It turns out super rich. I like it best with caramel

32  Four-Ingredient Key Lime Pie in Dessert by ommilay on: March 10, 2012 02:05:19 PM
This is my favorite dessert to make- it has the consistency of a cheesecake but is so easy! It takes 20 minutes, including prep and baking, and only has four ingredients! I haven't posted ten times yet, so it won't let me add a picture on the forum, but here is a link to some pictures of when I made it. So good!

(moved from a reply further down in the thread ~TroubleT)
4 egg yolks, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1/2 cup key lime juice (or lime juice). mix, pour into graham cracker crust (the crust is the 4th ingredient)- bake at 350 for 15 minutes and it's done!
