2  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Looking to purchase some twisted funky yarn on: December 06, 2007 08:40:56 PM
I am looking for some nice twisted funky yarn.  I asked on another board here and was pointed this way.  I really like the look of the Joann's yarn Sensations Licorice...it's twsited and multi-colored.  I'd love to know some sources to purchase more yarn like that.
Thanks, Nancy

I love that buckle and ribbon bit!
And the tulle one! So neat! I've been dying to get that book and try out some of her really creative projects.

I was just coming on here to make a thread of the exact same title! So I hope you don't mind me using yours to show my 2 new knitted bags:

Well I had started on a capelet and got through two balls of yarn and *I think* it was about half done?  I might have needed one more ball which I could get....

I am a new knitter...I would like to make something cool to wear...I am pregnant though so it will have to be something I could still wear...like a poncho or something like that.  I have four things of Lions Brand Landscapes yarn.  What would be something super simple to knit up?
Thanks Smiley
