Hello lovely! Where is she moving? Is she happy about moving? If she is, it might be fun to have a party that is themed around the place she is moving to... ie. if she's moving to a different country, or to the back woods. But, if she's unhappy about moving, then perhaps throw a theme party? with a lot of work, or the appearance of a lot of work. she'll appreciate it a lot. as for a present, maybe something that represents some time you spent together or something you liked doing together. or a guide book to living in her new city, or a really good book, or stationary, or, if its cold where she's going something to warm her up, or if its hot, something to cool her down. that sort of thing. and, its supposed to be cheezie. these life events are cheezie. there's nothing we can do about it. xoxo. good luck!
i have no idea what you lovelies mean by greyscale... the pictures my phone takes are pretty bad, but they turn out so cool! anyway, the shirt is just plain black, and the hearts are actually two shades of green. but they never turn out green in pictures. hm? magic hearts? okay, gen. 3 for another friend.
hey! thanks so much for the positive feedback! well, you can see full body shots here http://www.angelfire.com/indie/ohsweetie/shrug.html and, well, i was quite blitzed and not wearing the outfit that the shrug was intended for, and standing all wrong. i made it to wear with skirts. um and the wool says 35g on the back. im not sure what that means. as everything is in japanese. xoxo!
i love the savage garden reference! thank you! hmmmm, the keyboard has "options". meaning, right now im using the english alphabet, but if i hit a little button it can toggle into hiragana, katakana, chinese kanji, or "assisted japanese" which is the one i only ever use. so i type in the japanese words, using the english alphabet, aka. romanji, and then it'll automatically put it into hiragana for me and i can toggle it to katakana or kanji if i want. it's fabulous. oooh, and if you want to really get off topic, head to the bust lounge, fun! xoxo.
well, maybe not a thousand hearts, but... right now i'm in japan and nothing fits above a size 4-6 for women! so, over winter break i headed to the japanese version of a dollar store and bought a men's t-shirt, 100yen, and some felt pieces, 100yen. and voila. thousand hearts t-shirt.
i find that going to the thrift store, looking at my wardrobe and thinking, what do i need?, thinking about holidays with gifts, listening to music, going onto friendster and reading the profiles of my friends and strangers, really gets me into crafting.
