Hokay. I've scoured the entire internet for help with this issue and I've yet to find any help. Alas, I've come to the lovely patrons of Craftster with my dire situation.
So I got an old Dressmaker S-2402 sewing machine from my mother who probably snagged it from some old lady's yard sale. With that said, I cleaned and oiled it and worked wonders for a little while. However, because children exist, they tampered with the tension knob and pulled it right out. The spring is also warped and I've no clue how to reattach it. I cannot afford to take it into a shop to get it fixed, nor can I afford the manual because every cent to my name is going towards paying my way through uni.
So, can anyone help or point me in the right direction? I will be forever in your debt.
