1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Curly Hair Extensions, YAY fake hair... on: September 06, 2008 02:17:53 PM
I love the look. For others reading this post that can't find fake hair to match your real hair you can dye it with one of those color shampoo dyes. My sister and I have worn lots of fake hair in dance competitions and we could never find pieces that matched out hair. So we would buy something close and dye it. Cheers.
2  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Italian Braids? on: September 06, 2008 02:11:27 PM
I'm Italian also and I used to have the same problem. I gave up shampoo about 4 years ago. Its not a gross as it sounds. You just use conditioner to scrub my scalp, rinse, put conditioner on the rest of my hair, comb through and rinse. I use a small amount of gel and let it dry. After about 2 weeks my hair was more manageable and less frizzy. You can check out the book Curly girl for more info. Hope this helps. Cheesy
