I had a bunch of those AOL tins laying around so I decided to make something out of them.


First I spray painted the tin black with "made for metal" paint . After it dried I used modge podge to add glitter and some pictures that I have in my "handy-dandy, pictures I love and cut from magazines for future use". I used mine for a travel sewing kit with pins, safety pins, a needle, small scissors and a little string.
Another use could be a business card holder.
