The stars on my 3 cards are stickers that are gold and one of three colors (purple, blue, red). I got them at the dollar store a while ago. I have bunches of them - PM me if you want to trade for some or something lime that Smiley

Beautiful cards ladies!
I'm a guy...  Embarrassed

Here's a purple and gold card I just made. It uses candy wrappers, watercolor, stickers, handmade paper, and a bit of used fabric softener sheet.

I decided these 3 cards I made are going to a pen pal of mine who sent me a care package of groceries. Smiley

Pink and Blue:

I might be sending/trading these to another Craftster or someone on xPx soon... hmm...

Anyway, post your color specific ATCs here! How many different colors are there? Time for me to bust out my old box of crayons...

I didn't quite know about that rule, but the idea can apply to a college group or any other scenario just the same. An alternative could be presenting a certificate or receipt of the donation as a means to enter the swap.

Maybe if a lot of people are opposed to selling the ATCs, we could have an ATC swap where you must pay a small entry fee/donation to join the swap. It would be like 50 cents for the first card and $1 per card after the first that you want to trade, but you'd be allowed to donate as much as you like if you want to give more than the minimum.

How would this idea sound?

Another cool idea I was just thinking about would be a anti-raffle for a different prize, like a small painting or some other piece of art, where you buy a raffle ticket (you can get rolls of them at Walmart or party supply places) and then the tickets would be used in an ATC, so even if you don't win the raffle you still get a lovely card.

We know.  Smiley

We were just giving you some alternatives now that there is & now that the "image only" option has been installed.  Smiley

I know Smiley I just figured it would fall down to like the fifth page instead of getting bumped. Even if your intentions are good, people can sometimes bump up an old post and then someone else comes along saying "God you're stupid dreamisle, you could have just clicked the images only button but you had to be so retarded didn't you?" and then I would probably sit in my room and cry all day. Believe me, it's happened before Wink

Yeah, I know I can. I suggested this feature before there even was an ATC board.  Undecided

Those colored ones are gorgeous!!

What did you do to make the paper so bright?
(Love the texture on all of them, by the way...)
 Smiley

The color is really bright because I mix mostly white used copier paper and mix in construction paper, so they come out as bright pastels. The texture is weird because of the foam sheets, but certain materials produce sheets that are thinner and can be flattened easier. Otherwise the texture can be used for scrapbooking where you don't necessarily need to write on it. Thanks for posting, let me know if you ever want to buy or trade!

The photos don't do it justice. I just finished swapping and the paper is SOOOOOOO vivid and looks great IRL. Great job! Smiley

My dad's dog (very large german shepard) put kinda jumped up on the kitchen table and grabbed ahold of my incomplete scarf and shook my ball of yarn up until it was unraveled and tangled into many many knots Sad I got it untangled later though. Funny that my cats never seem to mess with my scarfs - just my other random balls of yarn.
