1  UNITED STATES / Missouri / Chatham, NJ: Chatham Fine Arts & Crafts, September 14, 2014 on: January 08, 2014 10:40:44 AM
On Sunday, Sept. 14, the Chatham Area Artisans Guild (CAAG) will host its second Fine Arts & Crafts Festival held in the NJT commuter rail station, located near the center of Chatham's charming business district. As part of Morris County, Chatham's neighboring towns are Short Hills, Summit, Madison, Harding, New Vernon, Hanover and Florham Park.

Cissy Gialanella, of JC Promotions, Inc. the event promoters, is pleased to announce that last year's inaugural event was a huge success, and  JC's calendar of Fine Arts & Crafts Festivals held in upscale areas will once again include the Chatham Area Fine Arts & Crafts event . JC also promotes the very successful Summit Festival of Fine Arts & Crafts held in June in downtown Summit, NJ.

The event management for this 2nd annual event is seeking fine artists, crafters and photographers. CAAG will be handling the jury process for this event. You can be sure to find top-notch exhibitors at this event.  Along with the many artisans participating from last year and new artists joining us this year,  you will find local organizations, local eateries, a live concert and a hands on craft area for the children. (Please note that this festival will not have rides and games, etc.).

The Chatham Area Artisans Guild represents established Chatham area professional craftsmen and artists seeking to improve their business by leveraging the resources and talents of the group. The guild will seek to promote community awareness of the organization and the talents, skills and products offered by the individual businesses.

This distinctly cultural community event has become a very popular occasion for area artists and visitors alike. This second year event is creating another big buzz throughout the art community as well as  Chatham area residents.

Chatham Area Fine Arts & Crafts Festival-Sunday, Sept. 14...Open to the public from 10AM-5PM, NJT Railway Station, 30 Fairmont Ave. Chatham Borough, NJ

This event is a Fine Arts, Crafts & Photography Fair...Held in downtown Summit along Beechwood Rd., Union Pl. & Springfield Ave, this very affluent city has the 16th-highest per capita income in the state. Located in Union County, this event is held in the heart of the shopping district. Summit's Downtown Business District is a tapestry of retail and commercial businesses with an abundance of specialty and gift shops, clothing stores, home furnishings, restaurants, bakeries, fine wine outlets, movie theatre and ample free parking all within short walking distances.
