I, too, have received a fabulous "study" page from MinaNina with adorable kitties on it.

Thank you so much for the wonderful page (even though you had to make another for me!)

I'm still in awe of all the pages still coming in.  I got this gorgeous page from ReenReen.

I love her drawing style and the fishies are too cute!

I feel bad- I'm pretty behind in my comments/posting for this swap.  That said, everyone's pages are fabulous and I'm in awe of the different takes on the term "chunky" as well as everyones art.  I have two pages to post.  The first is a beautiful collage with many cool parts from Colorfuldayz.  I love the hand drawn doodly-ness and the bright colors.

(Sorry it's not a very good picture).

This one is from Banga.  It's a very lovely Virginia with so many cool elements I can even figure out how she made them all.  I especially love the gauzy "veil" and the Shakespeare quote (from Much Ado about Nothing).  On the front it reads "Sigh no more, ladies, sigh nor more; Men were deceivers ever", and the back reads "Then sigh not so, But let them go, And be you blithe and bonny; Converting all your sounds of woe into Hey nonny, nonny".

4  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Tip In Swap with a twist~ CLOSED for signups on: May 06, 2008 01:47:34 PM
I'm good with that.  I'm moving in another month anyway, so I'll probably finish my one page left in the meantime.  Also, I might take the opportunity to re-do a page or two that I sent but was never happy with.  They've been nagging at me for months.

Babbetto's art nouveau page is just gorgeous, as is Lisateacher's pretty pink and orange page (I love those two colors together).

Papercraft gang?  Sounds dangerous.  Wonder what the initial ritual involves....?

I'm picturing paper cuts....lots and lots of paper cuts.....

I love the little bee!  I had a bee steal a bit of ham from a sandwich I had once-they could be cocktail drinkers, too.

The bodice page is fantastic.  It's very dramatic without being overly busy.

IQueen of Fools, I'm glad your birdies arrived and that you are happy with them. Did you notice that the birdies wings fold up? They aren't glued down at all and if you bend them up a bit they become 3-D.

I did notice that, but I was afraid to bend them too much (or let my kids see that they could be bent!)  The whole page is just fantastic.

I'm glad you liked your page.  The woman actually started out nude with her bum haning out, but for some reason I felt like she deserved a fancy dress to go out in.

That Jester is very cool, although he veers a little close to clown territory for me.  I have serious clown fear....

This is the Fantabuwondermous page I got from Babbetto.  Not one, not two, but a grand total of five Big Eyed Birds!  And to top it off, a super-cute worm!!!

Thank you, and as usual I'm am quite in awe of your drawing skills.

I love the Mickey page and Babbetto's birdie is fabulous.

I received a beautiful page from Lisateacher that was temporarily lost on my desk but has since been located.

The back reads "you don't get harmony when everyone sings the same note".  I love the greens and Mr. Birdie on the front is great.  Thank you!
