That crow doll is just fabulous!  Look at the little socks and tiny patches on the skirt! Plus, I love crows!

Also, I think that the mixed media doll has to be the creepiest thing in the gallery so far!

Squeee!  Stuart and Nelson are just about the cutest thing I've ever seen on craftster!  I want my own set of twins now.

I cannot believe how much time and detail went into that amazing patch bag!  It's absolutely gorgeous!

Gorgeous!  Are these inspired by Lisa Jordan's work at Lil' Fish Studios?  She is my favorite felt artist and does felted stones as well as other beautiful felt art.  If you're not familiar with her, you should check her out.

Ludi strikes again!  Haha, he's great!  Kinda cute if you ask me.  Are those beads I see on the tentacles, or perhaps french knots?  Also, I was wondering what you use to make your dolls so wonderfully poseable.  I'm thinking jewelry wire? Gauge?  I've tried using pipe cleaners, but they aren't quite as sturdy as I would like.  Thanks in advance.

Oh my, I love those little fluff monsters so much!

Thanks everyone! I was really trying to take my amigurumi skills to the next level.  The cross stitching was the hardest part. Then I was pretty annoyed when I realized that the design wasn't centered.  Still, it was a good learning piece.

A bulb! I can totally see that now!  Haha, I'm afraid my family and I are guilty of eating a little bit too much elote!  I do agree with artsycandice though, he's "mah-velous"!

Thanks everyone! Ludi, glad you like him! I made him his own topic in case anyone wants to see more pics Wink  http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=432891.new#axzz2z1cBetH0

AND, I am now the official owner of a Ludi original!  I don't even know what to call this guy, but I think he's an ear of corn?  I have to quote my families reactions because I found them amusing:  My husband said "That's pretty tight."  I might add that he rarely comments on any of my crafty stuff.  My teen said "That looks like a corn. Is that a corn? That's a corn! I think that face is going to haunt my dreams!"  Lol!  And Ludi thought it wasn't creepy enough, pfft!  Anyway, I think he's beautiful, and he's perfect for my Spring table.  Thanks Ludi!

Okay, so it's really just a glorified amigurumi, but I can dream can't I?  Haha!  I made this guy for Ludi in the art doll swap.  He has sculpey hands and feet, a cross-stitched rose on his back, and jointed arms and legs.  All new techniques for me.  Smiley
