I have oficially received from everyone.  thanks everyone for all of the lovely little squares.  I am triple loving all of the retro and whimsical prints.  It will be fun to someday sit with my niece and play I spy.  I do have a suggestion for everyone for future multi-partner swaps.  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE write your craftster name on the outside of the envelope and on the inside, it makes life much easier on the other end.

here are the pics of my favorites from each group

first up is Audrey1999 we traded an aditional 200

and here is my last square for MissDisney (we agreed she could send her fabric with my completed block so she could save the postage)

I did this with traditional piecing, next time I am going to do paper piecing because there are SOOO many spots where you have to get everything just so.

I have more pics!

I love the way this one turned out..

this one is for Sew~amy

for mimiw

for lukenlarry

for Kaishabackwards (I didn't realize until I was done that did the same block for sew~amy)

for Grieny---it's a bit "off"  there is extra green on the boarder for you to adjust however you need to.  I ripped apart the seams so many times.

I'm trying to upload some pics and or links from photobucket  I hope this works

First up is meganlorraine--I just couldn't slice and dice those cute little critters so I "framed" them

next is Audrey--At first I wasn't sure what to do with her fabric since all the colors didn't  "match".  Non-matching colors is WAY out of my comfort zone.  But I let the fabric "talk" to me and this is what I came up with...  I swear it's square in real life, it's a wee bit distorted in this pic

I believe this one is for critterpants.  I'm still adjusting my sewing machine so my seams were a tiny bit bigger than 1/4 inch so I added the boarders and I really think it looks like it was supposed to be there in the first place.

This next one is for Jamie U. (her 3-d name I don't have her craftster name in front of me as I type this).  This was another set of fabric that was a challenge for me because of the large print.  I just bit the bullet and did it and I LOVE the result.

7  Re: Spring Cleaning Fill A Box Round 7 Gallery in The Swap Gallery by ajanderson78 on: April 05, 2008 05:40:25 PM
I got my first box today from pinupmommy!!!!

all kinds of ribbons and glittery type of embelishments

images for me to use in collages

vintagie playing cards, rubber stamps, puzzle pieces, ect..

some scrabook paper scraps and a stack of old magazines.  There is a celeb mag in there from 2001, I can't wait to read it and see how much they have changed

a pad of scrabook paper and punchout embelishments--totally my style, and some other random scraps, paint chips, and photos, and a journal

there was a Tootsie Roll in the box, my favorite!!!!  It got eaten right away while I was looking through all the stuff

I couldn't resist, as long as I was uploading pics, I had to include one of my niece Lilly, she was born one week ago.  By DB and SIL have been trying for 15 years!!!  She's the first grandchild on either side of the family.
