Woohoo!  I received my Reveal package over the weekend!  I can't believe the great things that I received for this swap.  Here is a quick run through:

The small package:  Two lovely vinyl cuffs

The large package:  A gorgeous green and brown felted (or fulled) bag with wisteria blossoms and two hanks of Rowan Summer Tweed yarn in a light green color.

The surprise:  Three wet felted bowls (which I love), some beautiful and soft roving, and a pattern for knitting and felting (or fulling) bowls.

(The roving is so soft that I constantly pet it.  It will be hard for me to use it since it is so soft!)

Lastly, the reveal: A beautiful variegated green wool yarn for me to felt with...I think it will become a bowl.

My super Secret FOC'er was hoxierice, and she totally rules for spoiling me!  Thank you so much!  I love everything!

Picture time!  Here's my surprise from my secret FOC'er who totally rocks!

Everything in the box in which it came.

The wet felted bowls.  The green one reminds me of a watermelon! Yum!

And lastly, the beautiful roving my FOC'er gave me so I can create my own bowls or other felted items.  It is the softest fiber I have ever touched!

She also sent me a felted bowl pattern.  Thank you so much!  I love everything!

i agree!!! awesome bag!!! and good for you being an angel!!! where did you get the image on the patch? and is it hard to do the iron ons? is there a certain kind thats better than another? sorry to get off the subject!!

Thanks!  I got the image from a Gil Elvgren calendar.  It's not hard to do the iron ons at all.  I always iron the fabric before I iron on the image; and make sure you use the paper that you place between the iron and the iron on, otherwise it's a smelly mess.  I have only used the Avery dark t-shirt transfers, and I really like them.  I used one for the Betty Page bag I made for this swap.  It gave a great surface to embroider Betty's gloves on.  Since I have no idea where that picture is in this thread, I'll post it here as well.  I wish I had taken a more detailed picture of Betty.

I'm glad you liked what I made for you.  I'm posting pictures of what I sent since I take pictures of everything I make for swaps.  If you take any action shots, I would love to see them. Wink

The knitted bag with the Poison Ivy, Batman, and Catwoman patch attached to it.  (Yes, it is removable.)

The lining of the bag. No super heroes in there, but does have her favorite colors.

Close up of the Poison Ivy, Batman, and Catwoman patch.

Sandman patch, in case she is just not in a villianous mood.

Kitty hat sans pom poms because I didn't think Catwoman would wear pom poms.

And that's all folks.    Smiley

I was a swap angel for Sleepywalkin, and she finally received what I sent her.  Hooray!  She also asked me to post pictures.

A nice shot of the bag I knitted with the removable cowgirl pin-up patch attached.  This picture really captures the bag's true colors.  I wish I could take better pictures.

A close up of the patch.

Lastly, the lining of the bag, which is probably some of my favorite fabric.

I wish i had gotten a better picture of the lining.  I also sent her some pin-up marble magnets and bobby pins with some girls on them in a decorated Altoid tin.  I did not take any pictures of those items.

I received a wonderful package from Quincy134 yesterday. Here's what she sent me:

Stenciled Preacher t-shirt (which is totally the bomb!)

Hellblazer & Preacher candles, Hellblazer & Death punk rock patches, and notecards with Death, Sandman, Preacher, and Hellblazer on them

She also sent me a Death magnet, but I forgot to photograph it since it was on my fridge.

Thank you so much!  I LOVE everything!
