11  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Days of the Week, Mermaid-Style on: June 08, 2005 03:04:48 PM
I also bought those transfers on Ebay- about a year ago. I put them onto this little old wood stool I had found at an estate sale, then I colored them in with paint markers. Came out pretty cool. I am totally not able to draw, so I needed the patterns. I used to have my daughter's room decorated in a kitschy old nautical Florida style- her name is Saylor.
I appreciate that link too.

That would be nice!! Don't know of any, though. Did you do a google search for free stuffed animal patterns?

15  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Ziploc Doodad swap (Sign Ups 6/5-6/15, Mail by 7/15) on: June 07, 2005 06:14:19 AM
I'm in too.
This should be great for a first one. I have sooo many goodies...I think I'll have to do a gallon sized ziploc.
16  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: Beautiful dresses - Image heavy on: June 05, 2005 08:04:39 AM
They ARE beautiful. And how lucky that you can wear some. Maybe you could turn some that you cannot fit in, into purses- although that might be a shame. Couldn't see some of your 'pics, though.
17  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Completed Projects / Re: martha is MY homie jizzle!!! (shirt, haha) on: June 05, 2005 07:59:29 AM
I saw this shirt in a shoe store yesterday for $19.oo- but the face looked strange- kind of mad/distorted. So, I am going to make one today myself- I like this 'pic better- and I'll be saving some dough, too.
18  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Re: Felt Cakes! Now With Tutorial!!! on: May 29, 2005 05:12:02 PM
I am in the midst of planning my daughter's birthday party- would you be interested in selling these?
19  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Suggest New Boards and New Features / Re: no-sewing machine board.... on: May 29, 2005 04:10:17 PM
I'm in.
No sewing machine- but would like this not to completely stop me from crafts that require some sewing.
20  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Party Planning / Re: 5 yr old Bday Party- HELP! on: May 21, 2005 06:11:38 PM
I think Oriental Trading has burlap bags- and, although more expensive, Pottery Barn kids catalog has had them before. I think my friend said she got hers on Ebay.
Good luck!!
And have you seen the new Martha Stewart kids magazine? Lots of party ideas.
