Nice to hear from the other fans of the show. Oh ya, Austin and Jay and Kara Saun were my faves too.  Austin should have made the final 3, but I found out later that he did show his collection on the same day (but it didn't air on tv).
Well, the pictures of the camisole/skirt and dress are on Bravo's website.  I'll try linking them here:

Hi folks,
I've got a bunch of loose leaf green tea that I'm itching to make into something.  I was thinking of whirling it in the food processor, but what happens next?  Huh I'd like to somehow add it to lip gloss and/or salt scrubs for starters.  But any ideas are welcome.
324  CLOTHING / Designer Clothing Homage / Project Runway (seasons 1-5) on: April 20, 2005 03:17:52 PM
Hi everyone,
I'm sure there are some folks who watched this show (maybe tried to enter it?). I'm glad that they're doing another season Smiley  Anyway, do you remember the Banana Republic (Season 1) challenge?  I'm particularly interested in what Jay (gray/silver Chryler building- skyscraper-looking camisole with flower pin and gray silk skirt) and Kara Saun (a pretty yellow dress with ruffly-like details on the skirt with matching gloves) made. On the show they said that it was really hard to make the camisole (so any shortcuts would be appreciated). Any details on either of these would be great.
Oh, and could I just say that I've been addicted to this site (hi Leah).  Been visiting for weeks and still haven't seen the whole thing lol.

Hi Caro,
Loving the necklace!  Grin  I've been checking out this site for quite a while (but a first post)  . . .lots of creative minds here, and it's pretty inspiring. Btw, I liked your other beaded one as well. Cool
