Where have all the Ottawa people gone? I'm new to Craftster and noticed this thread hasn't been touched since 2010! Are there any crafty things or meets still going on in Ottawa?

I'm currently living in the Ottawa area (Nepean) for school and was wondering the same thing. I do go to anime conventions and get art tables there but the people who normally attend are looking for fanart or Japanese/gaming/cosplay inspired items. I find I do a lot better when I attend shows in Toronto over the summer than in Ottawa.
