That sweater rocks.  There's not enough orange in the world today, if you ask me.

Seriously, you did a lovely job.

I agree that you should felt a swatch first if you can.  Make sure to measure how much it shrinks both horizontally and vertically.  Most of my felting projects shrink more vertically than they do horizontally.  You might get an oddly propotioned sweater if you aren't careful!

This is so lovely -- I'm imagining that painting and that quilt against white walls.  It will be such a pretty room when you are finished!
2434  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Small tea tins on: January 15, 2004 06:33:22 AM
Hi all!  I am new to these message boards -- I'm so happy to have found them!

I have 7 small sliver colored tea tins -- they are about 1.75"x1.75"x2.5" in size.  They have a big lable on one side that I assume I can remove if I need to.

So what do I do with them?  I can't think of anything to store in them.  I've thought of decopaging a couple of them and using them for the loose tea I take to work, but after that, I'm stumped.
