My package from agirlnamedSioux arrived and I opened it to find fabulous goodies, perfect for me!

First, and most awesomely, for our shared love of Star Trek (mixing in some sewing, and Project Runway) a Star Trek dress form on candelabra! It is totally unique and amazing.  Going on my mantle.





plus a little blue robot (yay robots!) so adorable, and some pins extras and these fabulous animals in gentlemanly clothes she knew I would like.

I made this fabric for the fabric printing swap, my favourite part is the original fabric design that looks like phases of the moon, I think the rocket ships, randomly placed, look good overtop.

Edelc are you using screens or stamps? I love your robots, and the mushrooms are fabulous and vintage looking.


OK I received two amazing fabulous fabrics from kawaiihelen a couple days ago but have been too crazy with work to post pics.  So here they are!

For my outerspace theme she did a fabulous print she had made before with a friend, it's really awesome.  I love that it's on canvas, such a mix of ships and items, and the random red adds such a great touch!

my very special angel hoop arrived today from homerof2, and it is so sweet and wonderful just like she is.  She made me this adorable bear from my pinterest, the cloud is felt and there's some shading behind the stitching.

I made this pincushion for my fabulous partner in the pincushion swap.  I hit the vintage store and scored this aged metal umbrella, likely it's first life was as an ashtray.  It makes a nice heavy base.  I felted up some swirly blue water and a little yellow duck.

yesterday I received a fabulous package from afar, from NoodleBug my wonderful partner, she made me the bestest pincushion a robot loving girl could want!  Robots, and blue, and felt, and the little robot in the grey square and the grommets, those are brilliant, I really love this!
