1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Joining new ball of ribbon yarn on: April 16, 2005 12:21:33 PM
I'm making the Ribbon Xback pattern from Knitty and it's my first time working with the ribbon.  Do you think that just dropping the old ribbon and picking up the new and knitting 4 or 5 stitches with both will be sufficient enough to secure it or should I attempt a knot?
