1  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Wright and Craftster Inspired Studio Wall on: June 05, 2005 06:59:33 PM
I've always loved Wright and saw this thread http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=24558.0 and was totally inspired!

The room was already yellow and I really didn't feel like repainting all four walls.  So my only rule was that I had to match around the yellow.  When I bought the paint I used at Home Depot the man that mixed it asked if I was painting a doll house.   Grin   See the results in steps below (each pic is half a wall):

Here is the start of taping off the blocks:

All painted, but looks a little messy with the tape still up...

Viola!  All finished.  Lighting on the pics isn't that great here, but we finished up at dusk.
2  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Cheap Wall Art - Stencils and Canvas on: May 23, 2005 03:42:56 PM
I was inspired by a thread (that I can't find, sorry) with 3 canvas and stencils.  I used some red paint (44 cents each) and some metallic white paint (again 44 cents).  I had bought the canvas on sale at Michael's
(2 for $6.99).  The whole project was under $12.  It really spruces up the room and adds space.  Just wanted to maybe inspire someone else.  Smiley

3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Necklace and a few Bracelets (first project post and IMAGE HEAVY) on: May 01, 2005 07:47:49 PM
I've posted a few times here before in response to all of your lovely work lades, but still pretty new to the site and I absolutely love it!!!  This is the first post of my completed works.  I have made some many others since these, but not scanned in yet.  Please let me know what you think.  Grin
