My niece is begging for this one so it will probably be part of her Christmas gift.

3  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Pillow case #2 on: August 23, 2007 02:48:08 PM
I will probably keep this one for myself!

My first attempt at couching... I am rather pleased with the out come. The ashes look great to me!

I swear the thread I used for the flames looked way redder before I stitched it!

4  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Lucky Pillowcase for SIL on: August 11, 2007 01:31:51 PM
I love how this turned out.
It is part of my SIL's x-mas gift.
She saw the pattern and loved it so I decided to make her a pillowcase out of it.

6  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Ever see a pic and think I have to embroider this? on: July 30, 2007 03:56:09 PM
Well it happened to me.
I hate bugs other than dragonflies but I saw this and I had to do it.

I haven't a clue as to what I am going to do with it.
But I do have a one giant cockroach!

8  HOME SWEET HOME / Pet-Related Crafts: Completed Projects / CHRISTMAS TREE CAT TOYS on: January 25, 2007 07:52:46 AM
I have been making cat toys for about four years,
and when I saw littlebird's soft tree pattern (found herehttp://littlebirds.typepad.com/little_birds_handmade/files/soft_tree_pattern.pdf)
I knew what I had to do for my friends cats for the holidays.
They are made with felt, rik rak, polyfill, and organic catnip.
And her kitties LOVE them.

Here are four tea towels I did for my friends for the holidays.

I need to finish up the gray cat I forgot to do the middle of the ribbon.
Oh well it will be done before I mail it.
10  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / X-mas gifts I am working on on: December 07, 2006 04:36:34 PM
I decided to make pillows for my friend and sister for X-mas.
Here is the one for my friend

It is based on her new tattoo

I used the stencil that the tattoo artist drew up for it.

And the two for my sister
