I made these pillow cases for my kids beds.  They are really simple and quick to make...

They are not quite the same size, but I didn't have as much of the light blue print with the rainbows on it.  I think it should still be big enough to cover a regular sized pillow though.

This is just one of my recent experiments in knitting.  I didn't have a pattern or anything, I was just inspired by something I saw recently.

This is an oversized neck warmer knit in bulky weight merino yarn, and the buttons are oak. 



I think that if I make another one, I will keep it the same width, but make it about half as high.  This way it will only require two buttons to hold it closed....

also, I have learned that it doubles as a quite cute kid cozy.

I made these little skully ornaments out of some scrap pieces of fabric I had that were too small to make much else with.  They have been donated to my roller derby team's charity craft sale.
I just pinked around the skulls and then added some poly fill in the centre to make them a bit puffy.  The loop is a metallic kind of ribbon that I bought on a christmas spool.

I've been working on making owl Brooches the last few days.  I have finally made one that I am happy with 

It is felt and hand stitched.  I stuffed it with polyfill.  It has a bar pin to attach it on the back.
