Well, its www.webarchive.org I think. You have to know what url you're looking for. I just went to Elann's free patterns page and copied the url into Web Archive's "wayback machine" and it came up with archived versions of the page. It shows pictures of the patterns that were available, but I haven't found a way yet to actually view the old patterns, since it's tough to figure out what the old urls for the patterns themselves were.
You just need click on the picture or the text as you would as if it were a current site. The patterns are all there in the archive. I couldn't find the pattern that's being asked for but I didn't look at all the Elann pages. I typed elann.com into the search space and a whole list from 1998 to 2004 came up.
